Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Payment, Access, and Refunds

Once payment has been successfully processed and access to our GIMMII course(s) has been granted, refunds will not be provided. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:

  1. Full or partial utilization of the course/service.
  2. Change of mind or personal reasons.
  3. Incompatibility with the user's hardware, software, or network environment.
  4. Circumstances beyond our control that prevent the use or enjoyment of the product/service. 

Cancellation and Termination

Customers may choose to cancel or terminate access to the GIMMII course/services at any time. However, please note that such cancellations or terminations will not entitle you to a refund for any remaining period of your course.

Returns or Exchanges

Since all GIMMII products available for purchase on the website are final sale, including both digital course(s) and physical items, returns and exchanges are not available.

Defective product or service: If the product(s) provided is significantly flawed or does not function as intended, please be sure to document this using photos and contact customer support at support@gimmii.shop.

GIMMII will not be held liable for damages sustained during transport; directly or indirectly pertaining to the packaging or product itself; if lost or stolen, or if the incorrect shipping address was entered during purchase. For all inquiries surrounding shipments meeting these criteria, be sure to contact the carrier directly.
